Sabrina Miranda is a Senior Market Research Manager and Account Coordinator at ARES Retail Solutions and has been involved with coordination and research support for over 18 years. She also has extensive experience in commercial property management. Throughout her career she has helped create, manage and maintain databases using her focus on detail and creative problem solving skills.
Sabrina started her career in retail real estate with CBRE where she managed an extensive database to track competitor and market data used nationwide as a vital source of information. The data assisted brokers with market and sales analyses and produced the quarterly CBRE Market Trends report. Sabrina later joined Grubb & Ellis where she performed a variety of functions including maintaining all lease documents and critical lease management systems. Sabrina actively served in the United States Navy and later joined the Navy Reserves as Yeoman in a Seabee battalion.
Sabrina manages the ARES market research team that provides best-in-class market intelligence for all clients. She is an account coordinator on several critical accounts and handles important client interface.
