Background

Rick has over 25 years advising national retailers, lenders, developers and investors, including CS First Boston and ING Clarion, in strategic real estate portfolio planning and asset management. Additionally, Rick has worked and interfaced with Dunkin Brands, T-Mobile, Lowe’s, Walgreens, Starbucks, KFC and Taco Bell in strategic planning, property development, franchising and information systems.

 

Combined with his education and training as a civil engineer, Rick contributes his technical and business expertise in evaluating a company’s business operations and assessing its financial health.

 

Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment at New York University New York.
