With 35 years of experience, Ramon combines his expertise in real estate finance with a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and clients’ needs.
Ramon’s experience includes 22 years of retail tenant representation for firms such as Starbuck’s, TGIFriday’s, Tommy Bahama, First Watch, Qdoba, Longhorn Steakhouse, Macaroni Grill, Ruth’s Chris and others. Ramon has also provided consulting services to financial institutions on REO and distressed properties as well as foreclosure and receivership services to the federal courts. He is also active in the development of multi-tenant retail properties in South Florida, giving him an insight into market trends.
Ramon graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Political Science and received his MBA from the University of Miami.
He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
