Marc has worked in the real estate industry in various capacities for the past 29 years. He has cultivated deep relationships throughout the Industry.
Marc has extensive experience in new store growth, store acquisition/integration, and portfolio management for locations throughout the Country. He has managed a Portfolio of stores that exceeded 5,500 stores, with involvement in over 3,000 new store deals, managed real estate legal, construction, and store maintenance.
Prior to joining ARES, Marc established and managed Real Estate and Construction for GameStop for 21+ years. As SVP of Real Estate and Development, he managed GameStop growth from 400 stores to over 4,800.
While at Gamestop, Marc also managed the growth of Spring Mobile (AT&T dealer) from 70 stores to over 1,400 stores, and the growth of Simply Mac (Apple Specialist) from 7 stores to over 70 stores.
Marc has also held the position of Sr. Director of Leasing for Zales Corporation, and managed the leasing efforts for the Zales, Gordons, and Bailey, Banks, & Biddle divisions.
