Gerard Buckley

Gerard’s twenty years’ experience as an entrepreneurial business owner, across the restaurant, fitness and retail sectors, informs every deal he touches. After two decades of small business success, Gerard joined Town Sports International’s (TSI) Real Estate Development team. TSI was the leading health club operator in the Northeast with 165 locations. Gerard was responsible for all aspects of new unit growth, construction, and portfolio management.

Gerard left TSI to join Au Bon Pain in 2012, growing the brand’s presence throughout urban office markets, hospitals, universities, and transportation centers. In 2018, Gerard was elevated to Chief Development Officer and tasked with consolidating under-performing assets, converting locations to alternative brands, and eventually selling the remaining portfolio.
