Cyndi Reynolds is a Senior Consultant with ARES Group and a real estate professional with more than 32 years of experience in retail negotiations.
Over the years, Cyndi has gained a reputation for her integrity, knowledge and problem-solving abilities within the development industry. An effective strategist and negotiator for ARES Group, she is attuned to the needs and sensitivities of landlords and tenants because she has worked on both sides of the business – and this makes all the difference.
Cyndi has been instrumental in helping national credit retailers build their portfolios through her efforts in all areas of development including site selection, market analysis, project budgeting, proforma analysis, project presentation, lease negotiation and asset management. Cyndi began her career on the Landlord side of the business, working for the Cencor/Weitzman Group in Texas where she managed shopping centers and supervised lease negotiations for the company. She also managed the revision of the standard Landlord-form lease and trained company personnel in lease negotiation.
Cyndi moved to the tenant side of the business in 1995 with Blockbuster Entertainment, where she managed regional store development, asset management and lease restructuring. Cyndi later acquired critical anchor tenant experience as Development Manager with Winn-Dixie Grocery Stores where she managed the existing lease portfolio and the complex process of grocery store development throughout Florida.
Cyndi has a BS in Computer Science from the College of Engineering and a Minor in Accounting from the College of Business at Texas A&M University.
